A one-of-one handbag handcrafted from rescued denim, leather, and vintage materials, designed to feel like a collection of stories gathered over time.

Built from the original top portion of a pair of dark wash jeans, this piece preserves authentic denim details including the fly button, waistband, belt loops, and functional back pockets. The denim waistband straps are attached with bronze D-rings, creating built-in spaces for charms, keychains, etc.

The centerpiece of the design is a hand-stitched tan leather appliqué layered onto the front of the bag. Adorned with colorful buttons, beads, and cascading leather fringe, it creates a rich, collected aesthetic inspired by folk art and western culture.

Burnt orange scale-inspired leather trim wraps around the bag and upcycled doily appliqués soften the rugged denim construction with texture and contrast.

Inside, the bag is lined with green polyfabric and features multiple functional storage pockets, including a slip pocket and two reconstructed denim pockets.
