Description
These one-of-one pants are built around the idea of making something valuable from even the smallest leftover materials. Rather than cutting the pants from a single piece of fabric, individual scraps of repurposed Lithuanian linens were arranged like a puzzle and stitched together by hand to first create an entirely new textile.
That reconstructed fabric then became the body of the pants, resulting in a patchwork of different weaves, textures, patterns, seams, and raw edges that changes from every angle. Upcycled white denim is incorporated into the elastic waistband and pockets for contrast and structure.
Every seam represents a material that may otherwise have been discarded, making these one of the most detailed and truly one-of-one pieces in the collection.
